特别需要指出的是，条件绿卡的2年也包括在计算入籍的时间内。即婚姻入籍从获得条件绿卡算起的2年9个月就可以申请。
即使当时751还未获得批准，也可以提出入籍申请。移民局将合并两案处理。

面談時，移民官將會考三部份問題：

美国高等护理教育学会(American Association of Colleges of Nursing)于1986年制订“护理专业高等教育标准”，目的是定义护理本科生毕业时具备的基本知识、价值观和专业行为。该标准一直是美国护理本科教育的框架。1995年美国高等护理教育学会理事会又组织人力对此标准进行了修订，1998年1月完成了修订工作。以下介绍的是修订后的主要内容。

　　

美国“护理专业高等教育标准”主要定义了护理学科及护士角色和护理专业教育标准。护士角色包括提供照顾者、协调照顾者和专业成员；护理专业教育包括普通教育、专业价值观、核心能力、核心知识和角色发展。

　　

1　学科与角色

1.1　学科　护理实践基于护理知识、理论和科研。未来，护士将增加促进健康和降低危害因素的角色功能。科学技术的进步将允许我们预测未来的健康问题，护士要去设计和实施措施，以减少危险因素和促进健康的生活方式。专业护士将继续提供病人照顾，但会有更多的护士从事直接与群体和社区打交道，目的是促进健康和减少危险因素。还有间接的照顾活动，例如管理他人提供的照顾。

　　

1.2　护士角色　首先是为个人、家庭 、群体、社区和人口提供直接和间接照顾，其次是设计、管理和协调照顾，同时还有专业成员角色。要完成这些角色功能，毕业生必须做到：

申请前提
持婚姻移民签证入境时，结婚不满2年，将获得2年有效的条件绿卡，持K非移民签证入境，转身份时结婚仍不满2年的，也将获得条件绿卡。
在条件绿卡的批准日（以条件绿卡上标明的有效期为准）满2周年的前90天内需申请I－751解除条件绿卡，获得10年绿卡。
如无意中错过申请期限，需要跟移民中心书面说明理由。如实属无心之失或有客观原因无法如期申请（如等待离婚判决中），一般能获得豁免。

I－751需要夫妻联合联合签名申请，以下情况可以申请豁免联合申请：
o 诚意结婚，但随后美籍配偶去世。 （必须附上配偶死亡证书）

    首先，要鼓起勇气还价

    不单单是保险公司可以讨价还价，你也可以。

    约翰霍普金斯医院的管理人员 Gerard Anderson 说，保险公司通常能拿到 60 %的折扣价，而如果病人到医院的财政处亲自讨价的话，通常来说也能拿到个七折。当然，最重要的是，你要开口问。如果你不问，就什么都没有。如果问了，折扣多少的决定权就在医院方面。

    买车、买房等，压价简直是理所当然的，但到了医疗帐单，有的病人会觉得和医生讨价还价怪怪的。据国家调查中心的消费者报告显示，只有 31% 的美国人曾经为医疗帐单讲过价。但是，在这 31 %的人中，有 93 %的人至少一次成功把价格压低下来，最少省了 100 美元。

    其次，选择低价可行的医疗方式

    据统计，虽然有 80 %的医生在开药的时候，会考虑到价格问题而选择价位更低廉的 generic 而不是 brand-name 药，但只有 51 %的医生在选择诊断测试时，会考虑价格。而在选择住院治疗还是院外治疗时，考虑到价格问题的医生就更少了，仅有 40% 。

    第五，仔细查账单、保险单

    如果你没有足够的现金来支付一大笔医疗费用的话，你要学会明算帐、算明帐。看你的保险公司应该负责多少，然后为自己应该支付的部分努力讲价。

经常咨询的K-1签证问题 　

国土安全部不久前批准我的K-1签证申请，但您们领事馆尚未收到。请问在国土安全部的原始文件寄到前，您们能否把我作为临时个案处理？

因为我们受理的K-1签证申请太多，很抱歉，我们在收到国土安全部寄来的I-129申请前，不能处理您的个案。

　

请问我如何获知美国驻广州总领事馆是否已收到我的申请？

一旦收到您的申请，我们就会寄给您一个签证须知文件袋。

　

请问领事馆能否在我的移民申请寄到之前处理我的移民签证申请？

不行。我们只有在收到您的移民申请材料之后才会开始受理您的未婚夫（妻）签证。本签证处只有在收到国土安全部寄来的原始申请材料之后才能回答与您个案有关的问题或作处理。

　

请问领事馆一般要多久才能收到移民申请材料？

我们一般在国土安全部批准之后二至六个月内收到未婚夫（妻）签证申请材料。

　

我现已怀孕，想马上动身赴美。请问领事馆能否加快处理我的申请?

由于有案子大量积压，我们不能加快处理怀孕申请人申请。不过，在安排面谈时会避开产期前后的时间。本馆从以往办理移民签证的申请人的反馈中还没听到过有因此而违反中国的独生子女政策的问题出现。

我错过了签证面试。请问我该怎么办？

请寄给我们一份书面申请，要求再安排面试。请在申请中提供中文通信地址及邮政编码。我们会尽快给您寄约见信。

　

我们想在我的K-1签证申请受理前就结婚。请问我该怎么办？

如果您结婚，您的K-1签证申请就不再有效。您的配偶就需要向国土安全部提交一份不同的申请，即I-130表格。

　

请问我的美国申请人要准备什么类型的担保书，以便我进行K-1签证面试？

凡是K-1签证的美国申请人应该准备I-134担保书。该表格可以从当地的国土安全部办事处索取，或从其下列网站下载：

但是，如果移民申请人可以在签证面谈时证明其不会成为美国的公众负担，则此种担保书可不需提供。

　

请问我什么时候应该关注自己的K-1签证申请？

如果国土安全部批准了您的申请三至四个月之后，您的未婚夫（妻）仍未收到签证须知文件袋，那么您应该联系我们或当初批准申请的国土安全部办事处。请用此表与广州移民部联系。

　

如果我的申请过期了，怎么办？

领事馆官员有权延长签证申请的有效期。因为许多申请在申请人还没来得及面试就过期了，领事馆官员会循例地延长K-1签证申请的有效期。

请问我去签证面试时要带什么文件？

申请人应带下列文件原件：

面试预约文件袋中的各种表格 中国护照 交纳申请费收据 附在表格DS-156上的四张签证照片 出生证公证书 婚姻状况公证书。如果是离异，必须提供历次婚姻的离婚证。如果有前度婚姻的孩子申请签证，需要提供离婚时获得孩子监护权的文件。 无犯罪记录公证书。每个年满16岁的签证申请人都必须提供由其满16岁以后居住至少满六个月时间的当地市一级公证处出具的无犯罪记录公证书。如果申请人在其它国家居住的时间在一年以上，那么也同样要提供该国出具的无犯罪记录。 体检报告 I-134担保书和一份美国申请人最近一年的纳税单。 关系证据，如来往信件、合照，来证明与美国申请人的所称关系。 文件翻译：其它国家出具的非英语或用该国官方语言作成的无犯罪记录必须配以经认证的英文翻译。翻译版本必须由合格的翻译认证，并公证。
　

请问体检报告和公证书的有效期为多长？

出生证、结婚证和离婚证的公证书没有期限。体检报告、未婚证明和无犯罪记录的公证书从出具之日起有效期为一年。

　

如果我被拒签，我可以在什么时候、在哪里、如何递交补充材料？

需要补充材料的移民申请人需要预约补交材料的时间。请拨打美国签证信息中心电话预约，中国境内的请拨打 4008-872-333，中国境外的请拨打 86-21-3881-4611。该中心工作时间为周一到周五早上7点至晚上7点，周六早上8点至下午5点。申请人须提供：中文姓名及其拼音、档案号码、身份证号码、护照号码、电话号码及出生日期。进入该签证信息中心系统需支付一定费用，费用为每12分钟人民币54元或每8分钟人民币36元，该费用可在各中信实业银行或在网上预付，网址为https://www.usavisainformation.com.cn/eng/index.aspx。预付后你会得到一个预付密码，拨打签证信息中心时需提供该预付密码以证实你已缴款。美国签证信息中心目前可对讲普通话、广州话、台山话、福州话和英文的咨询者提供服务。

如果申请人在最后一次被拒签的一年内没有提供任何证明材料加以补充， 例如拒签号为221(g), 212(a)(4) 的, 申请人需重新缴纳移民签证费用。所有非由美国政府的处理导致的延迟，都需重新缴纳该费用。
